Refund policy

At Epico Equestrian we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused with tags in place and in its original packaging. 

To return an item, send the package to the below address with a copy of the original paper invoice included inside containing your order details. Please obtain proof of postage when sending.

Damages or incorrect orders 
Upon receipt of your order, if the item is damaged or what you have received is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible rectify the issue. You will not be eligible for a refund if the item has been worn.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale/outlet items or gift cards.

Pre-Ordered items
We cannot cancel or refund pre-ordered items prior to delivery. The item will need to be returned to us for a refund to be issued.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Please email sales-epico@hotmail.com to arrange an exchange so we can ensure what you want is in stock first.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Returns can take up to 14 working days to process before refunds are issued. If approved, you will be refunded back to your original payment method (please allow 5-10 working days for funds to credit back).
