Standard Shipping
Our Standard shipping delivery timescale is 3-5 working days (longer during sales/busy periods). Orders outside the IOM & UK delivery times can vary depending on destination. Epico Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any postal delays. If your parcel reaches you damaged for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours and we will advise how to proceed - sales-epico@hotmail.com

All orders to the EU will be subject to tax & duty charges. The customer will be liable to cover these costs.

Pre-orders will have expected due in stock dates on each individual item. You will find this in the product description by searching the item on the website. Next Day Delivery service is unavailable on pre-ordered items.

Next day delivery service is available for orders placed before 9am to receive them next day. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public bank holidays.
If there are any other reasons for possible delays, you shall be notified.
